Q. How long does it take from application to approval?
A. For an Osaka Governor license, it typically takes about 30 days. We handle document collection and preparation quickly to minimize your waiting time.
Q. Can companies with foreign executives obtain a license?
A. Yes. Our office specializes in foreign employment and residency status, making us uniquely qualified to assist construction companies with foreign executives or technical staff.
Q. Can we apply if our financial statements show a loss?
A. Yes, as long as the financial requirement (net assets of 5 million yen+) is met, a recent operating loss does not prevent you from applying. Please consult us for details.
Q. Can we apply without a nationally certified technical expert?
A. Yes. Even without a national qualification, 10 or more years of documented practical experience can qualify someone as a Dedicated Technical Expert. We help you organize and document the required experience.
Q. What happens after the license is obtained?
A. The license must be renewed every 5 years. Change notifications are also required when officers or technical staff change. We provide ongoing support after license issuance.
